Exchanges

can only be made on Ready To Wear Items, NO PRODUCT MARKED AS PREMADE OR PRE ORDER ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED. Custom items are not exchangeable/refunded. Exchanges + Refund can only be made if you received incorrect item.

Exchange Time Frame: 14 days from delivery date To request an exchange, email us at Support@godismydayone.com for confirmation and the correct return address.

Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. Important Exchange Notes Do not ship items back without confirmation from us. Shipping fees for pre-order items are non-refundable as pre-orders ship at the original purchase rate. Varsity Jackets Policy No refunds.

All varsity jackets are made to order. Jackets are crafted from wool, which may attract lint or fabric particles. This is normal and varies with color tone. Lint can be easily removed, and all jackets are shipped new. 

Exchanges for varsity jackets involve creating a new jacket to replace the original. If you have any questions, reach out to our team—we’re here to help!
